摘 要:针对直升机旋翼轴应力监测的需求和轴部安装空间有限的实际情况,研制了一种新型平面柔性涡流传感器,并提出了相应的应力监测方法.该方法利用磁弹效应,通过建立平面涡流传感器和铁磁性被测对象的有限元仿真模型,得到传感器阻抗变化与对象磁导率的测量网格数据,可实现铁磁性被测对象的非接触或接触应力监测.搭建了拉应力实验平台,通过实验,验证了该方法的可行性,并得到了磁导率与拉应力的线性关系式,测量了增加的残余应力值.Aimed at the need of the rotorshafts stress monitoring and the very limited available space at rotorshafts, a new planar and flexible eddy-current sensor and a corresponding stress monitoring method is introduced. Based on the inverse magnetostriction effect, the stress of the ferromagnetic materials can be monitored no matter the sensor is mounted or not by establishing the finite element model of the sensor and the material under test in order to obtain the grid databases of sensor impedance and the magnetic permeability of the material under test. After establishing the test system, a series of experiments were carried out. The results have shown that the relationship between the tensile force and the magnetic permeability is linear, and demonstrated the feasibility of the method, through which residual stress can be also measured.
