高效液相色谱法测定奥特拉西含量及有关物质

摘　　要：目的:建立奥特拉西含量HPLC及有关物质的测定方法。方法:以C18柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(5∶95∶0.1)为流动相,流量为1.0ml·min-1,柱温30℃。检测波长为236nm。结果:在浓度为1.00～50.10μg·mL-1范围内,本法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998(n=7)。结论:该方法简单,准确,可以作为奥特拉西含量和有关物质的测定方法。Objective：To develop a HPLC method of determinating of oteracil and its related substances.Methods：The determination was carried out on a C18 column.The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid（5：95：0.1）with flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃。The detection wave-length was 236nm.Results：There was a good linearity over the range of 1.00～50.10μg·mL-1 with a coefficient of correlation（r）0.9998（n=7）.Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate,it can be used as a method of quality control.
