风热感冒颗粒重金属、砷盐检查方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立风热感冒颗粒的重金属、砷盐杂质限量检查方法。方法:采用《中国药典》(2010)I部方法对重金属、砷盐进行杂质限量检查。结果:重金属均小于20ppm;砷盐均小1ppm符合《中国药典》2010年版I部对中药制剂重金属、砷盐的要求。结论:所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于风热感冒颗粒的质量控制。Objective：To build up exam method of heavy metal and arsenic salt existed in Fengreganmao granules.Method：according to《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》（ChP）（2010） part I,we exam impurity of heavy metal and arsenic salt.Result：heavy metal is less than 20ppm;arsenic salt is less than 1ppm.This conform to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（ChP）（2010）.Conclusion：this method is of convenient and accurate,it has high repeatability and can be used to check Fengreganmao granules.
