摘  要:目的:研究婴幼儿泌尿道感染的病原菌分布、耐药状况以及潜在的病因,为临床诊治提供指导。方法:分析2006年1月~2011年12月我院0~4岁尿培养阳性患儿药敏结果以及潜在病因。结果:尿培养阳性标本221例,其中大肠埃希菌139株(62.9%),肺炎克雷伯杆菌16株(7.2%),屎肠球菌23株(10.4%),这三种细菌对青霉素、磺胺类以及一、二代头孢敏感性较低,对第三代头孢耐药率逐步增加,对哌拉西林他唑巴坦敏感性较好,27名患者发现存在潜在病因,其中输尿管膀胱反流19名。结论:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、屎肠球菌是婴幼儿泌尿道感染的重要致病菌,对当前常用抗生素已产生了广泛的耐药性,哌拉西林他唑巴坦可作为婴幼儿泌尿道感染的推荐用药,反复泌尿道感染的患者需加强病因的追查。Objective:To discuss the clinical features of urinary tract infection and the distribution of the bacter ia so as to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 201 children with urinary tract infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results:221 case of positive specimens from 201 patients,including139 strains of Escherichia coli (62.9%),16 strains of Bacillus pneumonia clay(7.2%),23 strains of Enterococcus faecium (10.4%),these three kinds of bacteria to penicillin,sulfa and one or two generation cephalosporin with low sensitivity,the third generation cephalosporin resistance rate gradually increased,while the piperacillin tazobactam sensitivity better,27 patients showedthe presence of potential etiologies,includingureterovesical reflux 19patients.Conclusion:Escherichia coli pneumonia,Cray,bacillus,Enterococcus faecium are important pathogens in infants with urinary tract infection,and have generated widespread drug resistancen to the used antibiotics,piperacillin tazobactam as infants with urinary tract infection recommend medication,recurrent urinary tract infection of patients need to strengthen the etiology of the tracing.
