摘　　要：本文以宋元时期的陶瓷食具为研究对象,论述宋元时期食具产生与制作的社会条件,以及食具变化所折射的社会新动向。通过对比分析这一时间段陶瓷食具的变化主要与民族饮食习惯和生活需求密切相关,认为宋元时期的陶瓷食具从多元走向统一重点体现在中原文化的主导作用、实用性与审美性的兼顾方面。This paper study on the Song and Yuan Dynasties ceramic utensils. Discuss the social conditions of the Song and Yuan Dynasties utensils on produce and production, and the utensils change reflects the new social movements. Through comparative analysis of this time period changes of ceramic tableware, mainly with the national dietary habits and needs of life are closely related, Song and Yuan Dynasties ceramic tableware from diversified toward the unity of focus is reflected in the leading role of the Central Plains culture, practicality and aesthetic aspects.
