摘 要:[目的]研究红鱼眼叶水提物和醇提物的体外抑菌作用,并对其化学成分进行鉴定。[方法]采用连续稀释法对红鱼眼叶水提物和醇提物进行最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)研究;采用常规化学反应鉴别方法检测红鱼眼叶的水提物和醇提物,并对其化学成分进行鉴定。[结果]红鱼眼叶水提物和醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和宋内氏痢疾杆菌均有抑制作用,其醇提物的抑菌作用强于水提物;红鱼眼叶中可能含有多肽、糖类、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮类、酚类、香豆素、内酯类、甾体或三萜类和蒽醌类等化学成分。[结论]该研究为红鱼眼叶中具有抑菌活性的化学成分研究提供了科学依据。[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity and chemical components of the aqueous and ethanol extracts from the leaves of Phyllanthus reticulatus.[Method] The serial dilution was used to detecte MIC(minimal inhibitory concentrations) and MBC(minimal bactericidal concentration) of the aqueous and ethanol extracts from Phyllanthus reticulates.The conventional chemical reactions were used to identify the chemical components.[Result] The aqueous and ethanol extracts from Phyllanthus reticulates leaves had inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus,anti-Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli.The antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts was stronger than that of the aqueous extracts.The leaves of Phyllanthus reticulatus may contain chemical constituents such as polypeptides,sugars,tannins,organic acids,flavonoids,phenols,coumarins and lactones,steroidal or terpenoids,anthraquinones.[Conclusion] The results provide evidence for the further study on the antibacterial components from the leaves of Phyllanthus reticulatus.
