摘　　要：[目的]对山丹埋片繁殖进行研究。[方法]以陕北山丹的鳞片为材料,研究了植物激素、消毒试剂和鳞片切割方式共3种因素分别对其埋片繁殖的影响。[结果]150 mg/L的吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理能显著提高鳞茎增殖率;0.1%HgCl2处理可有效防止鳞片腐烂率,但会降低鳞茎增殖率;与完整鳞片相比,切割鳞茎的腐烂率显著升高。[结论]该研究为山丹种球的商品化大规模繁育提供了理论依据。[Objective] To study the bulb scale embedded propagation of L.pumilum.[Method] The bulb scale of L.pumilum from North Shaanxi Province was used as material,the effects of three factors which included plant growth regulator,sterilizing medicament and segmentation mode on scale propagation of L.pumilum were studied.[Result] The treatment of 150 ml/L IBA significantly increased the numbers of bulblets.The treatment of 0.1% HgCl2 could prevent bud scale from rotting but reduce scale propagation coefficient;the rotten rate of cutting scale was remarkably higher than that of integrated scale.[Conclusion] The study provides theoretical basis for the scale propagation of L.pumilum seedball.
