摘 要:[目的]探讨2-十三烷酮、槲皮素和单宁酸3种植物次生物质与杨扇舟蛾谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)的关系。[方法]用0.01、0.10和1.00 mg/ml浓度的2-十三烷酮、槲皮素和单宁酸处理的杨树叶子分别饲养杨扇舟蛾幼虫,测定喂饲后72 h内杨扇舟蛾虫体GSTs的活性。[结果]低浓度的2-十三烷酮和槲皮素对杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性有抑制作用,且随着浓度升高,杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性又略有回升,具有一定的诱导作用;而单宁酸的浓度越大,杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性越低,不存在诱导作用。[结论]为杨扇舟蛾的有效防治提供了参考。[Objective] The aim was to explore the relationship between three kinds of plant allelochemicals like 2-tridecanone,quercetin and tannic acid and the glutathione S-transferase(GSTs) of Clostera anachoreta.[Method] The larvae of C.anachoreta were fed with poplar leaves treated by 0.01,0.10 and 1.00 mg/ml 2-tridecanone,quercetin and tannic acid,and then GSTs activities in C.anachoreta were determined after 72 hours.[Result] The activities of GSTs in C.anachoreta were inhibited by low concentration of 2-tridecanone and quercetin,but the activities of GSTs in C.anachoreta were raised slightly along with higher concentration of 2-tridecanone and quercetin,so 2-tridecanone and quercetin had a certain induction to the activity of GSTs in C.anachoreta.However,the activities of GSTs in C.anachoreta were inhibited with raising concentration of tannic acid,so tannic acid had no induction to the activity of GSTs in C.anachoreta.[Conclusion] The result provides reference for the effective control of C.anachoreta.
