摘  要:[目的]为青海互助八眉猪杂交的利用及优良二元母猪的生产提供理论依据。[方法]在青海首次引入白色杜洛克、大约克夏和长白猪作为父本,分别与青海互助八眉母猪杂交,研究杂交父本对青海互助八眉母猪繁殖性能的影响,筛选最佳杂交组合。[结果]以杜洛克、大约克夏、长白猪为父本对青海互助八眉猪进行杂交改良,生长速度、胴体瘦肉率、母猪泌乳量均有较大提高。以白色杜洛克(♂)×青海互助八眉猪(♀)或长白猪(♂)×青海互助八眉猪(♀)的杂交效果较好,能有效提高青海互助八眉猪的繁殖性能,同时具有青海互助八眉猪的优良肉质性能,更适应市场的需求。[结论]在生产中应大力开展白色杜洛克或长白猪与青海互助八眉猪杂交,生产繁殖性能高的杂一代母猪。[Objective]The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the utilization of Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig and the production of good two-breed cross sows.[Method]White Duroc,Landrace and Yorkshire were first introduced in Qinghai to hybridize with Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig.The effects of male parent on the reproductive performance of Qinghai Huzhu Bamei swine were studied to screen out the best hybrid combination.[Result]Qinghai Huzhu Bamei pigs were hybridized with White Duroc,Landrace and Yorkshire as male parent,which increased the growth rate,carcass lean meat percentage and milk yield of sows.The hybridization effect of White Duroc(♂)×Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig(♀)and Landrace(♂)×Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig(♀) were better.The reproductive performances of Qinghai Huzhu Bamei pigs were effectively enhanced and the hybrids had good meat performances of Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pigs.White Duroc(♂)×Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig(♀)and Landrace(♂)×Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pig(♀) could meet the market demands better.[Conclusion]In the actual production,Qinghai Huzhu Baimei pigs should be hybridized with White Duroc or Landrace to produce F1 hybrized sows with high reproductive performances.
