摘 要:随着世界精准施肥技术的不断进步,圆盘式施肥机的高工作效率在世界精准农业发达地方得到了体现,为大面积的田间施肥提供了方便。在国家精准农业研究示范基地进行了圆盘式施肥机2种不同施肥幅宽下4种不同施肥量的田间性能试验;并通过模拟多轨迹施肥的方法绘制出施肥机田间施肥时的模拟曲线,计算出施肥机在不同幅宽和不同施肥量下的实测施肥量,标准方差和变异系数,通过变异系数等参数来衡量施肥机的施肥一致性程度和田间施肥的精准度。结果表明该机械在水施肥量时选择15 m幅宽效果最好,在大施肥量时选择20 m幅宽效果最好。该机械可在我国推广应用。With the development of the technology of precision fertilizer in the world,the high working efficiency of the spinning disc spreader was manifested in the countries with developed precision agriculture,and saved lots of time for fertilization in the field.The performance test of spinning disc spreader was conducted under four different application rates with two different spread width in the field of National Experiment Station of Precision Agriculture;and the simulation curve of multi pass application was drawn when the spreader worked in the field through simulated overlap distribution patterns.And the values of actual fertilization amount,standard deviation,and coefficient of variation were calculated in the four different application rates with two different spread width,through these performance parameters the distribution uniform and application accuracy of the spinning disc spreader could be evaluated.The results indicated that the machinery worked the best with 15 m application width for small quantity of fertilization,and 20 m for large quantity of fertilization.The machinery can be popularized in whole China.
