摘  要:[目的]建立侧柏叶总黄酮的质量控制标准。[方法]分别采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对侧柏叶总黄酮中的总黄酮含量及穗花杉双黄酮的含量进行测定。[结果]在0.002 08~0.020 8 mg/ml范围内槲皮苷浓度与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,R=0.999 3,平均加样回收率为98.00%,RSD为1.98%(n=6);在0.13~1.3μg范围内穗花杉双黄酮浓度与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,R=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为99.266%,RSD为1.46%(n=6);[结论]该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。[ Objective] To establish the quality control standards for CACUMEN PLATYCLADI flavone. [ Method] The total fiavone content in CACUMEN PLATYCLADI and the content of biflavone in Amentotaxus argotaenia were determined with UV and HPLC. [ Result] The linear relationship of quercetin was good when quercetin was at the range of 0. 002 08 - 0. 020 8 mg/ml ( r = 0.999 3 ) , the average recovery was 98.00% and RSD was 1.98% (n = 6). The linear relationship of amentoflavone was good when amentofiavone was at the range of 0.13 - 1. 3μg ( R = 0. 999 7 ) , the average recovery was 99. 266% and RSD was 1.46% ( n = 6 ). [ Conclusion ] The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of CACUMEN PLATYCLADI flavone.
