摘 要:[目的]构建鄂西地区的稻瘟病菌文库,并对其进行初步的鉴定分析。[方法]从鄂西地区7个水稻主产区不同的水稻品种上收集稻瘟病感病稻秆,进行分离、纯化和菌落形态的初步鉴定分析,并利用RAPD和REMAP分子标记对该文库进行聚类分析。[结果]建立了含有52种菌株的稻瘟病菌生理小种文库;聚类分析结果表明,鄂西地区的稻瘟病菌群体结构呈现多样性和复杂性,遗传谱系与菌落形态之间并不存在简单的一一对应关系。[结论]该研究为预测鄂西地区病原菌群体的变化趋势以及水稻抗病品种的选育,奠定了基础。[ Objective] The aim was to construct and initially identify the physiological race library of Magnaporthe oryzea in western Hubei Province. [ Method] M. oryzea infected rice straws were collected from 7 rice main production regions of western Hubei Province. A physio- logical race library was constructed by single spore isolation, purification and identification of colony morphology. Cluster analysis of this li- brary was conducted by RAPD and REMAP. [ Result ] The results showed that a physiological race library of 52 isolates was constructed. Cluster analysis showed that population structure of M. oryzea demonstrated diversity and complexity, and there was no corresponding relation- ship between genetic lineages and colony morphology. [ Conclusion ] The study provides a basis for predicting the trend of changes in M. oryzea population and breeding new resistant varieties in western Hubei Province.
