摘　　要：器官左右不对称模式发生的内在分子调控机制极其复杂。近年来,随着对该生命现象的深入研究,已经提出解释左右不对称模式发生的几种模型,对其中重要的几种理论模型进行了概述。The mechanism underlying the organic left-right asymmetry patterning is complicated, with the greatest efforts of the scientists in this field, several models had been reported to explain this intricate process. Here several critical models which are used to explain the process of left-right asymmetry patterning were introduced.
