摘　　要：针对传统微生物学实验教学中存在的问题,从实验教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系方面进行改革,并采用加强实验队伍建设、多种形式的实验室开放式培养模式,培养创新型微生物实验人才。Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional microbiology experiment course,the teaching content,teaching method and teach- ing evaluation system were reformed, and innovative talents in microbiology experiment were cultivated through strengthening the construction of experiment technician team, various laboratory opening training models and cultivating innovative microbial talents.
