摘　　要：随着跨国公司海外R&D投资的发展,中国的跨国公司R&D机构也在不断增多,跨国公司R&D投资对于我国经济的影响中,很重要的一方面是对于区域创新能力的影响。本文对于跨国公司R&D投资对区域创新能力的影响进行了深入的研究,在分析跨国公司R&D投资的现状的基础上,从定性和定量两个角度分析了跨国公司R&D投资对区域创新能力的影响,在定性研究中从直接效应和间接效应两方面进行论述,在定量研究中运用计量经济学模型进行研究。在跨国公司R&D投资对区域创新能力影响的分析的基础上,本文向政府和企业两方面提出了相应的对策建议。With the development of the multinational corporations’ overseas R＆D investment,the number of China’s multinational R＆D institutions is increasing.The impact of the multinational corporations’ R＆D investment on regional innovation capability is one of the most important parts of the impact on China’s economy.In this paper,the research about the impact of the multinational corporations’ R＆D investment on regional innovation capacity is carried out in-depth.After analyzing the status quo of the multinational corporations’ R＆D investment,this paper makes an analysis of the impact of the multinational corporations’ R＆D investment on regional innovation capability from both of the qualitative and the quantitative points of view.In the qualitative research,it is discussed from both of the direct and indirect effects;in the quantitative study,the econometric models are used.Based on the analyse of the impact of the multinational corporations’ R＆D investment on regional innovation capacity,this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the government and enterprises.
