摘  要:密封环的热力特性是影响接触式机械密封性能的关键问题。利用ANSYS软件,分别采用隔离法和整体法对接触式机械密封环温度场进行模拟,并与有关文献的实验结果进行比较、选择更准确的整体耦合法为模拟结果。在整体耦合求温度场的基础上,进行密封环热力耦合的计算和分析。研究表明:密封环变形随其材料的热膨胀系数的增大和导热系数的减小而增大,密封环最高温度和最大变形出现在静环内径处。The thermal property of sealing rings is the key point of affecting the seal performance. The temperature field on rings of contacting mechanical seals was simulated, according to segregation method and integral method by the software--Ansys. Compare with the experimental results of relevant literatures and choose more accurate simulated results which are gained by unity coupling method. The thermal stress on sealing rings on the basis of the unity coupling temperature field was calculated and ana- lyzed. The research indicates that the transformation of sealing ring increases by the increasing of the coefficients of thermal expansion and the decreasing of the coefficients of thermal conductivity. The maximum temperature and the maximum transformation of sealing rings will be located in the inner diameter of the stationary ring.
