摘 要:对加入低导热率真空隔热板的冰箱建立数学模型,通过模拟计算来分析真空隔热板对冰箱系统的节能效果。发现装有真空隔热板的冰箱漏热和开停比明显降低,耗电量也同时降低,并且随着真空隔热板的厚度增加,节能效果逐渐提高,但增加趋势逐渐平缓,综合考虑真空隔热板成本,其厚度也不宜过大。For the refrigerator with the vacuum insulation panel ( VIP), a numerical model was established to simulate and ana- lyze the energy saving effect of the refrigerator with the VIP. By the simulation, relative to the ordinary refrigerator, the heat leak- age, the ratio of the on-time to off-time and the energy consumption of the refrigerator with the VIP obviously all decrease. At the same time, when the thickness of the VIP increases, the energy saving increases. However, with the increase of the thickness of the VIP, the increase of the energy saving gradually slows. If the cost of the VIP is considered, the thickness of the VIP should not be too large.
