摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射透明质酸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:30例(30膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜微创治疗,术后应用透明质酸关节腔内注射治疗。结果:30例均获随访,时间3个月～2年。优20例,良8例,可1例,差1例。结论:关节镜清理术联合应用透明质酸关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效满意。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopy cleaning operation combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. Method： Thirty patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscopy cleaning operation combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity after operation. Result： All cases were followed-up for 3 months to 2 years. It was found that 20 cases were excellent, 8 cases good, 1 case fair, 1 case bad. Conclusion： There were some good clinic results in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis by arthroscopy cleaning operation and sodium hyaluronate injected in articular cavity after operation.
