摘 要:根据柱状晶<001>取向的遗传性,以柱状晶铸坯为初始材料,采用XRD与EBSD技术揭示柱状晶在热轧、冷轧及退火过程中组织及织构的演变规律,测定对应的磁性能。结果表明:在3种不同工艺下,样品最终铁损P1.5均低于2.50 W/kg,磁感B50均大于1.73 T,最高磁感值达1.78 T。样品中均以对磁性能有利的强{001}织构为主,对磁性能不利的g纤维织构被抑制。结果体现了利用柱状晶制备低铁损、高磁感无取向硅钢的优势。Based on the heritage of 〈001 〉 texture of columnar grains, the evolution of microstructure and texture of cast slabs with initial columnar grains during hot-rolling, cold-rolling and annealing were elucidated by XRD and EBSD techniques, and the magnetic properties of final sheets were determined. The results showed that all the final samples possess magnetic properties of P1.5 below 2.50W/kg and Bs0 over 1.73T. In particular, a magnetic induction of 1.78T was obtained. The major texture components in samples were t 001 } 〈 uv0 〉 which were benefitial for the magnetic induction, and the unfavorable g-fiber texture component was inhibited. Those results demonstrate the potential of preparing advanced non- oriented silicon steels with low core loss and high magnetic induction using initial columnar grains.
