摘　　要：目的研究脊髓后根入髓区（DREZ）切开术治疗臂丛神经根撕脱后疼痛的临床应用。方法本组58例，男53例，女5例，年龄30—71岁。左侧35例，右侧23例，疼痛病程6个月-50年。术前经镇痛药物及多种止痛手术治疗均无效。结果患者均在全麻下行DREZ切开术治疗，术后6个月、12个月和超过24个月的止痛疗效良好和优秀的比例分别为87．9％、84．5％和80．0％。无严重并发症出现。结论DREZ切开术能够有效消除臂丛神经根撕脱后疼痛，疗效确切，效果持久，安全性较高。Objective To study dorsal root entry zone -otomy （DREZotomy） for the treatment of pain after brachial plexus avulsion. Methods 58 patients suffering from intractable pain after brachial plexus avulsion were treated by DREZotomy in a state of general anesthesia. The patients＇ ages ranged from 30 to 71 years old. The patients ＇ pain duration was form 6 months to 50 years. The pain intensity was quantified by visual analog Scale （VAS）. Results All patients were relieved of their preoperative pain after the operation. The short - term （6 months） follow - up results indicated a satisfactory pain relief in 87. 9% of patients. At 12 months after DREZotomy, the excellent or good effect was showed in 84.5% of patients, whereas at 24 months in 80.0%. There was no serious complication. Conclusions is an effective and safe treatment for patients with pain after braehial plexus avulsion. DREZotomy
