摘　　要：工业溴是盐化工生产的主要原材料之一,2009年已被列入国家危险化学品生产许可证发证目录,所有从事工业溴生产的企业必须持证生产。产品的检验是取得工业产品生产许可证的关键环节之一。工业溴中主要成分为游离溴,还有少量游离氯、不挥发物微量硫酸根、碘及水分等。工业溴标准中要求的检验指标为溴(碘量法)、氯(过氧化氢还原-汞量法)、不挥发物(重量法),针对工业溴产品分析标准QB 2021—1994《工业溴》,对检验的一些细节和要点进行解析。Industrial bromine is one of the main raw materials for salt chemical industry,which had been listed into the con- tents of National Hazardous Chemicals Production License in 2009.All the industrial bromine manufacturers must hold the production license.Product inspection is one of the key links for acquiring the production license.The main content of indus- trial bromine is the free bromine, but it also contains a small amount of free chlorine non-volatile trace sulfate,iodine, and water etc..According to Industrial Bromine Standard, bromine （iodimetry）, chlorine （peroxide chlorine reduction-mercurime- try）, and non-volatile matter （gravimetric method）were the inspection indexes.Finally, some details and points during the in- spection were analyzed based on the analysis standard of industrial bromine products：Industrial Bromine QB 2021-1994.
