摘  要:目的研究高氧对新生大鼠肠屏障功能的影响。方法采用Western blot检测高氧对新生大鼠肠道表达分泌片(SC)、Occludin和ZO-1蛋白影响。结果高氧组新生大鼠肠道SC蛋白表达量与空气对照组相比明显增加(P<0.01),但高氧组新生大鼠肠道紧密连接蛋白Occludin和ZO-1表达量与空气对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高氧刺激肠道上皮分泌SC增加,使得高氧对紧密连接蛋白Occludin和ZO-1表达没有明显的影响,以此增强肠道屏障功能。Objective To study the changes of intestinal barrier function in the neonatal rats induced by hypemxia. Methods Samples were collected from the neonatal rats treated with hyperoxia, protein expressions of intestinal secretory component (SC), Occludin, and ZO-1 were evaluated by Westem blot. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of SC protein in heperoxia group were notably increased (P 〈 0.01 ), but no significant change was observed in Occludin and ZO-1 expression. Conclusion Under continuously exposed to hyperoxia, secretion of SC by intestinal epithelium were increased, which inhibited the hyperoxia-induced effects in tight junction protein Occludin and ZO-1, and enhanced function of intestinal barrier.
