摘  要:提升机主轴装置优化是包含离散变量和连续变量的多峰函数优化问题,用传统的方法容易陷入局部最优解和所得的最优解,通过圆整之后很可能在可行域之外。采用遗传算法实形和整形数混编,使得更易取得全局最优解且最优解在约束条件之内,在工程设计中具有应用价值。Optimization of the main shaft of the hoist usually contains multi-modal function of discrete vari- ables and continuous variables, and optimal local solution often occurs with traditional methods. In addition, the obtained optimal solution is prone to exceed the feasible domain after roundness. In the paper, genetic algo- rithm was applied in combination with integer, optimal global solution was easily obtained and the solution was within constraint conditions, which had some application value in engineering design.
