摘  要:由于受采动影响,立井井筒与刚性罐道不可避免地会发生变形。罐道的各种异常变形会引起提升容器的异常振动,直接影响到容器运行的平稳性和安全性。应用MATLAB6.5/Simulink工具对提升容器六自由度振动模型进行仿真求解,得到了提升容器在刚性罐道的不同缺陷形式如凸出激励、非直线激励下的振动特性,为利用动态法检测罐道缺陷提供了理论依据。Under the influence of mining behavior, the deformation between the vertical shaft and the rigid guide inevitably occurred. The abnormal deformation of the guide causes abnormal vibration of the hoisting container, which directly affects the stability and safety of the operating container. MATLAB6.5/Simulink tool was used to carry out simulation and solution for six degrees of freedom vibration model of a hoisting con- tainer, and vibration characteristics of the container were obtained at various defects of the rigid guide such as protrusion excitation and nonlinear excitation etc., which offered theoretical references for detecting defects ofguides by using the dynamic method.
