摘 要:对带有调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构的优化设计进行了研究。为了精确满足破碎机排料口的最大尺寸,将调节装置的水平调节距离xT定为非独立参数,推导出了该机构动颚板上下端点的运动轨迹曲线方程和动颚板与固定颚板之间的啮角公式;根据破碎机动颚特性值、破碎机的产量、进料口和排料口的尺寸等,建立了带调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计数学模型。用C++语言和半惩罚函数优化方法,编写了带调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计程序,以PEF400×600复摆颚式破碎机运动机构为例进行优化设计,优化结果令人满意。The paper carried out the optimization design of the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher with adjusting device. In order to ensure exactly maximum outlet dimensions of jaw crusher, hori- zontal displacement xr of adjusting device was appointed as the non-independent variable, and then the formu- lae for displacement of the topmost point and the bottommost point of moving jaw plate as well as the formula for meshing angle between the moving jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate were derived. In addition, according to characteristic values of the motion jaw plate, productivity of the jaw crusher as well as dimensions of entrance and outlet of the jaw crusher, a mathematical model was established for optimization design of the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher with adjusting device. C++ language and half-penalty func- tion optimization method were applied to compile the optimization design program for the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher with adjusting device. At last, the motion mechanism of PEF400 ×600 compound pendulum jaw crusher was optimized, and the optimization results was satisfactory.
