摘 要:对某地低品位钒钛磁铁矿中的铁及伴生磷进行了综合回收试验研究。结果表明:采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的弱磁选-浮选联合工艺流程,不仅能有效选别磁铁矿,还可综合回收该资源中伴生的磷;可以获得铁品位64.81%、回收率58.04%的铁精矿及产率(以浮选给矿为原矿计)8.38%、品位P2O533.50%、回收率92.18%左右的优质磷精矿。An experimental study on comprehensive recovery of iron and associated phosphorus from a low grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore bearing high phosphorus was carried outThe results showed: after the stage grinding and stage separation process of combining low-intensity magnetic separation and flotation being applied, the magnetite could be effectively separated and the associated phosphorus could also be recov- ered; iron concentrate with iron grade of 64.81% and recovery of 58.04% as well as high-quality phosphorus concentrate with yield of 8.38% (calculated as the flotation feeding being crude mineral) and P205 grade of 33.50% and recovery of 92.18% were obtained.
