摘 要:在使用过程中,针对矿用防爆柴油机曲轴主轴承出现的烧瓦、表面疲劳剥落和裂纹等现象,使用动力学仿真软件ADAMS的Engine模块,建立了曲轴主轴承的系统耦合模型。通过仿真分析得出曲轴主轴承轴心轨迹、油膜对主轴承反作用力和最小油膜厚度,并且进一步分析了防爆柴油机的转速、油温和主轴承间隙对最小油膜厚度的影响,为解决曲轴主轴承失效现象提供了理论依据。In view of failure of main bearing of crankshaft in flameproof diesel engine during operation such as bush burning, surface flaking due to fatigue as well as crack etc., Engine module of dynamic simulation software ADAMS was used to build the system coupling model of the main bearing of the crankshaft. After simulation, the axis center orbit of the main bearing of the crankshaft, reaction force of oil film on the main bearing as well as the minimum thickness of oil film were obtained. In addition, influences of rotary speed of the flameproof diesel engine, oil temperature and clearance of the main bearing on the minimum thickness ofoil film were analyzed, which offered theoretical references for avoiding the failure of the main bearing of the crankshaft.
