河南省甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体人群分布的横断面调查

摘　　要：目的调查河南省人群甲型H1N1流感抗体的分布。方法选择河南省的不同城区和农村进行采样,共采4 651份样品,RDE处理血清后,用鸡血球测定HI,以侧倾出现泪滴判定,大于40的为阳性。结果省会城市的抗体阳性率为27.76%,地市级城市抗体阳性率为27.13%,农村地区为18.81%,城市阳性率显著高于农村,各年龄段抗体阳性率不等,6～17岁年龄组抗体阳性率较高。结论河南省的人群已经初步形成了甲型H1N1的免疫屏障,但是还比较薄弱,有待于科学使用甲型H1N1疫苗,提高人群抗体分布水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate antibody distribution of H1N1 influenza A virus population in Henan province. METH- ODS Stratified clustered-random sampling was adapted in this study. A total of 4 651 residents were surveyed with questionnaire and were made blood test. The serum were incubated with RDE and the antibody of influenza HIN1 was measured by the hemagglutination inhibition test using chicken erythroeyte. RESULTS The positive rates of antibody of influenza H1N1 viruses were 27.76% in provincial capital, 27.13% in other cities and 18.81% in rural area. There was a significant difference in the different age groups and 6-17 years age group antibody positive rate was highest. CONCLUSION Henan＇s population is form- ing the immune barrier against H1N1 influenza A virus, but still relatively weak. It is necessary to use the vaccine of H1N1 （2009） influenza A virus to improve antibody levels of population.
