摘　　要：目的了解北京市海淀区产后访视人员工作现状,掌握产后访视人员的工作态度及意愿,产后访视工作中存在的困难和需求。方法采用问卷调查方式,随机调查130名海淀区产后访视工作人员。结果产后访视工作对产妇的身体恢复和新生儿的健康成长起着重要作用。海淀区产后访视人员工作任务较重。结论海淀区产后访视人员多数对工作现状不太满意。产后访视工作仍有很多需要解决的问题。OBJECTIVE To investigate working status of postpartum visit workers in Haidian district of Beijing, and to develop insights into their attitude and willingness, so as to understand difficulties and needs in postpartum visit. METHODS Used questionnaires to survey 130 postpartum visit workers at random. RESULTS Postpartum visit was important for postpartum re- covery and newborn growth. Workload was heavy for postpartum visit workers in Haidian district. CONCLUSION The majority of workers is not quite pleased with current working status. A good many things need to be solved in postpartum visit.
