摘　　要：目的掌握金山区医疗机构X射线诊断设备及应用频率情况。方法采用横断面流行病学研究方法,以调查表形式对金山区28家X射线诊断单位进行全面调查。结果金山区2009年共有各类X射线诊断设备79台,全区常住人口平均拥有X射线诊断设备量为1.14台/万人。X射线诊断应用频率为612.70人次/千人口。其中,胸部摄影、X-CT检查、四肢及关节摄影、胸部透视、脊柱摄影等频率较高,分别占27.94%、22.78%、17.91%、15.03%、10.22%。受检者以男性为主,年龄分布以﹥40岁年龄组为最高。结论较全面地掌握了金山区2009年X射线诊断的应用频率,为加强放射诊疗单位的监督管理及强化医疗照射的放射防护与安全提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To determine the X-ray equipments and the frequency distribution of medical exposure of diagnostic X-ray procedures in Jinshan Medical institutions. METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted on 28 X-ray diagnostic institutions in Jinshan district by collecting the questionnaires. RESULTS A total of 79 sets of X-ray equipments were engaged in X-ray diagnostic radiology in 2009 in Jinshan district. There were 1.14 sets per 10 thousand resident population, and the to- tal frequency of diagnostic X-ray procedures was 612.70 patients per 1 000 persons. Higher frequencies were found in chest ra- diography, X-ray CT scans, limbs and joints radiography, chest fluoroscopy, as well as vertebrafium radiography, with the percentages of 27.94%, 22.78%, 17.91%, 15.03% and 10.22%, respectively. Diagnostic X-ray procedure was frequent in men, and older than 40-year-old group was the highest one. CONCLUSION In this study, the frequency of medical exposure of diagnostic X-ray procedures in Jinshan district is determined. This provides scientific bases for strengthening the supervision and administration of X-ray diagnostic institutions and radiation protection.
