生活方式对养老院老年人便秘的影响

摘　　要：目的了解养老院老年人的便秘现状,探讨生活方式对其的影响,为实施便秘干预提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对8所养老院符合条件老年人进行问卷调查。结果唐山市区养老院的老年人便秘的患病率高达46.45%,与是否卧床、入住养老院时间、老人关系、抑郁、饮食、运动、排便频率、排便时间有关,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论应重视养老院老年人便秘问题,加强健康教育,降低患病率。OBJECTIVE To probe the relations between life style and the constipation of the aged. METHODS A self-devel- oped questionnaire was used to investigate the aged in eight old people＇ homes, the data were analyzed by SSPS13.0. RE- SULTS The elderly constipation in Tangshan was 46.45% and related to many factors such as depression, diet, exercise, defecation frequency and time, etc （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION We should pay more attention to constipation of the aged, and strengthen the health education, reduce the incidence.
