摘  要:目的探讨骨髓细胞遗传学在血液系统疾病中的意义。方法采集新鲜骨髓标本,同时用直接法和短期培养法(24~48 h)制备染色体,进行G显带,用染色体图像分析仪进行核型分析。结果 49例骨髓标本中共检出异常核型22例(44.90%)。44例初诊标本检出异常核型19例(43.18%),其中5例CML标本检出异常核型5例(100%);12例AML标本异常核型7例(58.33%);9例ALL标本核型异常5例(55.56%);2例淋巴瘤标本异常核型2例(100%);其余标本未见明显异常。复诊标本中4例CML标本核型异常3例(75.00%);1例AML缓解标本未见异常。结论骨髓细胞遗传学对血液系统疾病明确诊断、指导治疗、提示预后等具有重要的参考价值。OBJECTIVE To explore the significance of bone marrow cytogenetics in hematological system disease. METHODS Fresh bone marrow samples were collected and chromosomes were prepared with direct method and short term culture, then we undertook G banding and karyotype analysis was carried out with chromosome mapping analyzer. RESULTS 22 cases of abnor- mal karyotype were checked out in 49 cases of bone marrow sample (44.90%) . 19 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected in 44 cases of preliminary diagnosis sample (43.18%), 5 cases of abnormal karyotype in 5 cases of CML sample among them (100%), 7 cases of abnormal karyotype in 12 cases of AML sample (58.33%), 5 cases in 9 cases of ALL sample (55.56%), 2 cases in 2 cases of lymphoma sample (100%), and the obviously abnormity was not detected in the rest samples. 3 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected in 4 cases of CML of further consultation sample (75.00%), and abnormity was not detected in 1 case of AML remission sample. CONCLUSION Bone marrow cytogenetics shows a significant reference value for the iden- tification of diagnosis, guidance of treatment and prompting prognosis of the hematopathy.
