HPLC测定茵栀黄口服液中6，7-二甲氧基香豆素的含量测定

摘　　要：测定不同批次茵栀黄口服液中的6，7-二甲氧基香豆素。采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5um），检测波长为340nm，流动相为乙腈-水（15：85），流速为1．0mL·min，柱温为30℃，进样体积10ul。6，7-二甲氧基香豆素0．16—16．00ug与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=09999，n=6），平均加样回收率为100．25％，RSD=1．1％（n=6）；5批次茵栀黄口服液中的6，7-二甲氧基香豆素的含量为0．156％。所建方法简单、稳定，6，7-二甲氧基香豆素的含量可作为茵栀黄口服液的品质评价依据之一。To determine the different batches of 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin in Yin ZhiHuang oral liquid. HPLC method was used, thecolunm wasa Kromasil C18（250mm× 4.6mm, 5um）, the detection wavelength was 340nm, mobile phase was acetonitrile water（15：85）, flow rate of 1.0 mL min, column temperature is 30 ℃, injection 10ul. 6,7-dimethoxy coumarin 0.16- 16.00ug and peak area showed a good linear relationship （r= 0.9999, n = 6）, average recoveries of 100.25%, and RSD = 1.1% （n = 6）; 5 batceshYinzhihuang oral solution of 6,7-dimethoxy coumarin content of 0.156%. The method is simple, stable, 6,7 - dimethoxy coumarin content can be used as one of the basis of the quality evaluation of Yinzhihuang oral.
