摘 要:常规压裂液难以适应中原油田文23气田超低压、低渗透气藏改造要求。利用清洁压裂液无残渣、低伤害、低摩阻及泡沫滤失小、携砂能力强、易返排等优点,研究开发了适应该区块储层特点的N2泡沫清洁压裂液。室内实验证明该压裂液耐温能力迭到130℃。清洁压裂液加入N2形成泡沫液后,其粘度提高了1倍,具备了更为优良的造壁性和降滤失性能。4井次的现场试验试验数据表明:N2泡沫清洁压裂液比常规胍胶压裂液有更为显著的增产效果。同时也为中原油田低压、低渗透气藏的压裂改造提供了一种有效的新途径。Traditional fracture fluid is difficult to adpt to the requirements of Wen 23 gas reservoir in Zhongyuan oil field with low pressure,low permeability. Through Useing the advantages of the cleaning fluid with no scraps,low damage,low friction and the foam fluid with low filter, sand lost ability strong, easy to return,we have researched and developed the clean nitrogen foam fracturing fluid.Laboratory experiment has shown that the base fluid of the system can endure over 130℃. Viscosity of the foam system can be doubled when the gas is filled into the liquid. What's more, compared to the liquid system, the foam has a better performance in building the filter wall and controlling the leakoff. There 4 field examples have demonstrated that the clean nitrogen foam fracturing fluid has an excellent performance in the stimulation, and also the fluid provides an effective method to develop the low pressure, low permeability gas reservoir in Zhongyuan oil field.
