双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品在人工流产中的镇痛效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品在人工流产中的镇痛效果。方法将218例早孕终止妊娠人工流产的妇女随机分为两组,对照组109例采用利多卡因镇痛,观察组109例采用双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品注射,并观察两组的镇痛效果。结果观察组的宫口松弛度、镇痛效果、人工流产综合征、手术时间与对照组相比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品应用于人工流产镇痛效果明确,安全有效,简单易行,值得临床大力推广使用。Objective To discuss the analgesis effect of the diclofenac sodium suppositories and atropine in induced abortion. Methods One hundred and eighteen women which were ending the termination of pregnancy, and were divided into two groups, 109 cases in the control group were used the lidocaine to ease pain, 109 cases in the observation group were used the diclofenac sodium suppositories and atropine to ease pain, and then observed two groups＇ analgesis effects. Re- suits The orifice of the uterus slackness, analgesis effect, induced abortion syndrome and operation time in the observation group were compared with the control group, the differences were statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diclofenac sodium suppositories and atropine in induced abortion has definitude effect, safety and efficiency, simple and do- ing easy, it is worth to popularization and application.
