摘　　要：医院手术室是设备相对集中且管理难度较大的区域。为更高效安全地使用手术室设备,笔者根据多年手术室设备安全管理经验,提出建立制度、长期培训、预防维修等方案,加强科学管理,使手术室设备安全高效运行,保证手术数量与质量。Operating room in hospital is a place where the apparatus centralized and difficult to manage. In order to use apparatus more effectively and safely in operating room, the author puts forward a series schemes such as build systems, long-term train, prevent repair in apparatus safety management according to many years experiences. All these are for strengthen the sicentific management, make operating room apparatus use more efficient, and ensure the operation＇s quantity and quality.
