摘  要:目的探讨"多切面序贯扫查法"在胎儿颅脑畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法对2005年7月~2010年12月期间的20 386例孕妇,用"多切面序贯扫查法"及"横切面法"对胎儿颅脑进行筛查,记录两种方法诊断的畸形,对于超声诊断的严重颅脑畸形的胎儿,中止妊娠,并对部分胎儿行染色体核型检查及病理学检查。结果 "多切面序贯扫查法"共筛查胎儿颅脑畸形69例,"横切面法"诊断57例。结论 "多切面序贯扫查法"是对常规"横切面法"的补充和完善,能有效提高颅脑畸形的检出率,并使检查结果更加准确完善。Objective To evaluate the application value of multi-section sequential scanning in detecting fetal brain abnor- mity. Methods From July 2005 to December 2010, 20 386 cases pregnant women were examined fetal brain with multi- sections and transverse views respectively and the abnormities were recorded. For the cases with severe craniocerebral ab- normalities diagnosed in ultrasound, karyotype inspection and pathological examination were done and the gestations were terminated. Results Of the 20 386 pregnant women, 69 cases were detected with fetal brain malformation by multi-sec- tions method and 57 cases in transverse views. Conclusion Multi-section sequential scanning is the supplement and con- summation for the conventional transverse view, which can effectively improve the detection rate and make the inspection results more accurate and perfect.
