摘　　要：做好新形势下的群众工作,不断提升党员领导干部做好群众工作的能力,必须坚持不断创新群众工作的机制和方法,在取得群众满意的成效上下功夫。必须坚持自觉扎根于群众,从群众中汲取执政智慧,在群众工作的实践中历练执政本领。必须坚持努力提升正确对待"权力观、政绩观和利益观"的能力,维护稳定、促进和谐、推进科学发展的能力,加强和创新社会管理的能力,抓班子、带队伍的能力,切实维护好、发展好群众利益,确保全面提高新形势下群众工作的水平。To do well the mass work under the new situation and continuously improving the ability of party member leading cadre to do well the mass work, we must keep on innovating in the mechanism and methods of mass work, and make efforts in acquiring satisfaction of the mass. We must persist in rooting ourselves in the mass, find the wisdom of rule from the mass, and improve the competence of governance in the practice of mass work. We must keep on improving the ability to correctly treat the view on power, the view on political achievement and the view on interest, the ability to maintain stability, promote harmony and advance scientific development, the ability to strengthen and innovate in social management, and the ability to build a leading team, so as to protect the benefits of the mass and actually improve the level of mass work under the new situation.
