摘　　要：本文主要介绍了电子浆料的各项组成以及制备工艺过程,分别按照电子浆料的用途、使用场合、所用基片、导电相材料以及烧结制度的不同对电子浆料进行了初步的分类,并利用导电通道学说和隧道效应学说来解释电子浆料的导电现象。This paper describes the composition and preparation process of electronic paste respectively. The electronic paste is preliminary classified according to the using purpose, occasions, the substrate, conductive phase of materials and different sintering rule. In the end, the electronic conductive phenomenon of paste is explained by the doctrine of conductive channels and tunneling theory.
