摘　　要：根据夏热冬冷地区气候条件 ,提出了适应该地区的低能耗建筑热工设计基本思路 ;从灵活性设计、地下冷热源与相变制冷、利用植被冷却降温等措施出发 ,论述建筑设计中的节能途径。According to the climate of hot summer and cold winter region in China, this paper put forward the basic principle of the thermal design of building.Further, ways for low energy building, such as flexible design, underground cool and heat resource, phase change cooling and cooling by plant are discussed in the paper.
