摘　　要：土地租佃制度是中国传统农业社会广泛存在的制度安排,反映了土地与其他生产要素之间的不同结合形式,其间土地与资本的结合至关重要。在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党领导的包括土地革命和土地改革运动在内的土地制度变革,正是充分遵循了这一经济规律而取得了成功。Land tenancy system is a widespread system arrangement at China＇ s traditional agricuhural society and reflects the different binding forms between the land and other factors of production, in which the combination of land and capital is most important. During the new-democratic revolution period, land system reform including A- grarian Revolution and Land Reform Movement under the leadership of the CPC was in full compliance with the e- conomic laws and got successful.
