摘 要:目的:确定参葛颗粒中炒白术、片姜黄挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:以挥发油提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计,对水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油的工艺参数如浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间进行优化;以挥发油包合率为指标,用正交试验对挥发油研磨法包合工艺进行优选。结果:挥发油提取工艺为:浸泡时间为0 h,加6倍量水,提取8 h;挥发油包合的最佳工艺为:挥发油∶β-CD为1∶8,加3倍量水,研磨40 min。结论:该工艺可用于参葛颗粒中炒白术、片姜黄挥发油的提取及包合。Objective :To establish the extraction cephalae Rhizoma and Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum in process of the volatile oil from Fried Atractylodis Macro- Shenge granules, and to establish their β-CD inclusion process. Methods:Using volatile oil volume as the index, orthogonal test was conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil, such as soaking time, water volume and extraction time. Using volatile oil inclusion rate as the index, orthogonal test was conducted to optimize β-CD inclusion technique. Results:The opti- mized extraction process parameters were as follows:water volumes was 6-fold, extracted time was 6 h, and soaking time was 0 h. The optimized inclusion process parameters were as follows:the mass rate of oil: β-CD was 1:8,water volumes was 3-fold, and grinding time was 40 min. Conclusion : These processes can be used for the extraction and inclusion of the volatile oil from Fried Rhizoma Atraetylodis Macrocephalae and Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum in Shenge granules.
