摘　　要：针对数据接口冲压零件批量大、尺寸小,尺寸精度和形位公差要求高的特点,设计了合理的排样图及模具结构图,分析了冲压生产该零件可能产生带料扭曲、带料扇形变形和零件间间距不均等缺陷的原因,并找到了相应的解决措施。Stamping parts for large volume data interface, small size, size, shape and position tolerances demanding to design a reasonable figure and mold nesting structure, analysis of the stamping of the parts may have defects ： with a material distortion, with fan-shaped material deformation, the gap between the parts causes of inequality, and find the appropriate solutions.
