摘  要:以阀杆套筒的深孔加工为例,研究深孔加工的特点,在内孔不采用传统磨削加工的条件下,带来了加工工艺的复杂性与高难度。对此,设计一种新型大直径镗杆在高精度深孔加工中的应用工艺方案。通过新工艺方案的实施,解决了阀杆套筒高精度深孔切削加工的难题,其实施效果完全能满足阀杆套筒加工技术要求,可以推广应用到其他类似零件深孔的生产加工。Took the valve stem sleeve longhole machining as an example to research the features of the longhole machining. When the traditional ground finish cannot be adopted in the inner bore machining, the complexity and difficulty of machining technology highly increase. Thus a new major diameter boring bar was designed to form a processing technique in the high precision longhole machining. Through the implement of the new processing technique, the problems encountered in the valve stem sleeve high preci- sion longhole machining were solved, and the finished product can fully satisfy the technological requirements of the valve stem sleeve. Furthermore, this new processing technique can be applied to the longhole machining of like spare parts.
