摘　　要：以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,乙腈为溶剂,无水碳酸钾作用下,N-(3-吲哚甲酰基)-β-丙氨酸乙酯与氯苄等卤代烃反应,合成了标题化合物,通过1HNMR、IR对产物进行结构表征。A series of N-（ 1 -alkylindole-3-carhonyl） -β-alanine ethyl esters were synthesized by alky｜ation of N-（ 1H-indole- 3-earbonyl）-β-alanine ethyl ester with halohydrocarbons, like benzyl chloride,in aeetonitrile, using TBAB as phase transfer catalyst and anhydrous K2CO3 as acid colligating agent. Structures of the products were characterized by I HNMR and IR.
