摘　　要：以氨基醇和硫代羰基二咪唑为起始原料,通过环合、氯代、烷基化反应制得目标化合物。产品及中间体的结构经ESI-MS和1HNMR确证。该方法步骤简单、原料易得、条件温和、收率较高,适合制备类似结构的噁唑啉化合物。2-I-Iydroxyethylamino-4-ethyl-4, 5-dihydrooxazole was synthesized from 2-aminobutan-1-ol and di （1H-imidazol- 1-y） methanethione via cycliztion reaction, choiination reac- tion and alkylation reaction. The overall yield reached 72.0%. The product and all intermediates were confirmed by 1HNMR and ESI-MS. The method has high industrial value due to its low production cost, convenient steps, simplicity and high yield.
