摘 要:基于目前医院对临床科室绩效考核多基于非手术科室,而针对手术科室绩效考核的研究较少的现状,本项研究以手术科室与非手术科室绩效考核体系异同点为突破口,从考核指标的选取、指标分值的分配和主要考核内容三方面,探索二者间存在的差异和共同点,从而明确手术科室的考核要点,提高对手术科室绩效考核的针对性、有效性和实用性。As the performance evaluation on clinical departments is mainly based on non - operation departments in most hospitals, the similarities and differences of performance evaluation system between clinical operation departments and other de-partments were studied from three aspects of selection of indexes, distribution of indexes' scores and main evaluation content, which was a starting point to put forward the key point of performance evaluation system on clinical operation departments, and improve its pertinence, effectiveness and practicability.
