摘　　要：班组是进行生产作业的基本单位,是最基层的生产管理组织,是煤矿企业发展的基础。煤矿企业提高产量、质量、效益,增强自身活力与竞争力,以及贯穿生产过程中的安全生产法律法规和相关规章制度、规程措施的贯彻落实,最终都要通过班组管理来实现。因此,强化班组安全管理,是实现煤矿安全生产的重要保证,实现班组全程安全管理是安全生产的重要举措。The team is the basic unit of production operations, the most basic production management organization and the foundation and cornerstone of the development of coal mining enterprises. Increasing production, quality, efficiency of coal mining enterprises, enhancing the vitality and competitiveness, and implementing safety laws and regulations and related rules throughout the production process will eventually be achieved by the team. Therefore, strengthening the team safety management is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production. Team whole safety management is an important measure to achieve safety production.
