摘 要:综采工作面是煤矿生产系统的重要组成部分,其系统安全可靠性直接影响着煤矿生产效率。通过对煤矿综采工作面安全可靠性进行了分析,将其视为由人、机和环境组成的逻辑系统,并从这3个组成要素出发对综采工作面的安全可靠性进行了详细探讨。分析认为,应当对造成综采系统灾害主要因素的人因失误进行影响分析,需要全面考虑个人因素和组织管理因素。同时,设备故障事故以及环境影响因素也会导致综采出现安全隐患。综合考虑人机环境关联特性,可以确保综采工作面高效安全生产。The fully mechanized mining face is an indispensable part of the coal mine production system and the safety and reliability of the system has a direct influence on the production efficiency of coal mine. This paper regards the fully mechanized face of coal mine as a logical system composed of man, machine and environment factors, and discusses the safety and reliability of the fully - mechanized face from the three elements in detail. It is thought that the human mistakes of the main factors caused the mechanized mining systems disasters should be analyzed, and the personal factor and the organization management factor should be considered comprehensively. At the same time, the equipment failure accidents and environmental impact factors can lead to reliability inadequate disasters of mecha- nized mining. Comprehensive consideration of the man - machine - environment related characteristics, the efficient and safety produc- tion of fully mechanized mining face can be achieved.
