摘　　要：以生态系统观点和信息论为依托,对商务网站信息生态系统的含义和特征进行分析,深入探讨商务网站信息生态系统的组成要素,并运用"过程管理"理念,从人、信息、环境及技术4个因素出发构建商务网站信息生态系统模型图;在此基础上,对比自然生态系统生存机理,归纳总结出商务网站信息生态系统的运行机制,参照"价值链"模型和"复杂系统"的处理办法构建商务网站内部运行机制的总体关系图并对其进行详细分析与论述。Based on the viewpoint of ecosystem and the theory of information, this paper analyzes the meanings and characteristics of the information ecosystem of the business website, discusses the component elements of the information ecosystem of the business website thoroughly, and starting with the 4 factors of human being, information, environment and technology, uses the i- dea of ＂process management＂ to construct the model diagram of information ecosystem of the business website. On this basis, com- pared with the survival mechanism of the natural ecosystem, the paper summarizes the operational mechanism of the information e- cosystem of the business website. By reference to the model of ＂value chain＂ and the processing method of ＂complicated system＂, the paper constructs the general relationship diagram of the inner operating mechanism of the business website and gives it a detailed analysis and discussion.
